A beloved annual event for more than two decades, Stags Leap District’s Vineyard to Vintner is a vibrant gathering and celebration of the exceptional wines and spirit of innovation and camaraderie that make this tiny American Viticultural Area (AVA) so spectacular. Full weekend and single-day tickets are now available for the event, to be held April 25-27. Gifting an experience is ideal for wine enthusiasts, offering a chance to connect with the winemakers, owners and principals of storied wineries, sample rare library wines, and take in the beauty of the vineyards while experiencing genuine Stags Leap District hospitality.
“Vineyard to Vintner 2025 invites guests to connect with the winemakers and owners themselves and be immersed in what makes the region unique and the wines globally renowned. We are excited about our fresh focus on intimate experiences and elevated culinary offerings,” said Nancy Bialek, Executive Director of Stags Leap District Winegrowers. “Guests will discover private wine dinners, vintner-hosted lunches, and behind-the-scenes access to iconic wineries, along with thoughtfully crafted pairings from local restaurants. Etude Winery invites you to an exclusive afternoon at Grace Benoist Ranch on Saturday, May 10, 2025. This unique experience, hosted by Winemaker Jon Priest, offers a rare opportunity to explore the vineyards, enjoy a thoughtfully curated lunch, and taste exceptional wines in a stunning outdoor setting.
The event begins at Etude Winery, where guests will check in before boarding a shuttle to Grace Benoist Ranch. Upon arrival at Deer Camp vineyard, guests will be greeted with a glass of wine before settling in for a catered lunch. Jon Priest will share insights into the vineyards and winemaking philosophy before guests continue to Heirloom Vineyard for a tasting of Heirloom Pinot Noir.
