Stewart Cellars in Yountville
Stewart Cellars in Yountville

One of Yountville’s newest additions, Stewart Cellars, beckons guests with its Scottish abbey-inspired stone façade, an homage to the Stewart family's ancestral heritage. Outside, the open-air courtyard is tastefully appointed with Adirondack chairs, a vintage daybed layered with pillows and a communal picnic table, where guests are invited to while their day away under the sun.

In the Tasting Hall, guests with or without reservations are welcome to choose from two flights of wine.  The Portfolio Flight features four Stewart Cellars current releases and the Cabernet Flight offers a selection of their current and past vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon. A beautiful alabaster horseshoe shaped bar is the highlight of the tasting room, alongside a custom designed 20' long oak Scottish settle.

For enthusiasts who wish to adventure further into their tasting experience in a more intimate setting, the NOMAD Heritage Library is available by reservation for private tastings of Stewart Cellars’ current and select library vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon and their vineyard designate, NOMAD Beckstoffer Las Piedras Cabernet Sauvignon. The library not only showcases wine, but is also home to a collection of books, current and “vintage”, including some rare finds and personal favorites of the Stewart family. Unwind by the fire with a glass of wine and a good book for the perfect pairing.

If hunger calls, wander just a few steps away into Gather Café where Chef Sarah Heller’s seasonal fare is sure to curb your appetite.
