PlumpJack Group Partners with the Truffle Shuffle to put on Gourmet Virtual Wine Dinner Events
February 20, March 6 and March 27, 2021

Napa’s PlumpJack Group has partnered with the Truffle Shuffle to develop three luxurious gourmet virtual wine dinner events, highlighting PlumpJack Group’s acclaimed wineries, PlumpJack Winery, CADE Estate and Odette Estate, alongside some of the finest truffles and truffle-based foods available.

During each virtual event via Zoom, a Truffle Shuffle chef will instruct participants on the step-by-step process of preparing a gourmet meal while the superstar winemakers at each winery will discuss a few wines and why they pair well with the dish. Each decadent dinner package will include the ingredients for the meal and two bottles of wine.

Details on each event:

Odette Estate Event ($280): On February 20, 2021 at 4 p.m. PST, participants will learn how to cook tortellini en brodo while Odette’s winemaker, Jeff Owens, will talk about the winery’s 2018 Odette Reserve Chardonnay and the 2018 Adaptation Cabernet Sauvignon.

CADE Estate Event ($244): On March 6, 2021 at 4 p.m. PST, participants will learn how to create Wagyu truffle meatballs with spaghetti while CADE’s winemaker, Danielle Cyrot, will discuss the 2019 CADE Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc and the 2018 cade Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

PlumpJack Winery Event ($235): On March 27, 2021 at 4 p.m. PST, participants will learn how to prepare fresh pappardelle pasta with creamy pomodoro and truffles while PlumpJack’s winemaker, Aaron Miller, will discuss the 2019 PlumpJack Reserve Chardonnay and the 2018 PlumpJack Merlot.
