Tickets Now on Sale for America’s Cult-Favorite Food and Wine Festival in Napa Valley Wine Country

America’s beloved, live-fire, open-air culinary experience, Cochon555’s Heritage Fire, returns to Napa Valley wine country at Charles Krug Winery in St. Helena on Saturday, August 14. With an all-star cast of chefs who specialize in whole animal cookery, the list of heritage foods will feature over 3,000+ pounds of dry-aged beef, whole pigs, lamb, goat, squab, rabbit, duck, fish, chicken, and bites of artisan cheeses, oysters, and heirloom vegetables.

Heritage Fire Napa will showcase nearly 20 notable chefs and butchers, each grilling heritage-breed animals en plein air against the Valley’s vineyards backdrop, and each inspired by global food cultures. A preview of participating chefs include Brandon Hicks of The Battery, Patrico Wise of Nixtaco Mexican Kitchen, Manish Tyagi of Aurum Indian Bistro, Jason Ryczek of Alley & Vine, Mark Dommen of One Market Restaurant, Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea, Lance McWhorter of Culture ETX, Jorge Ramos of Cebada Rooftop, Michael Fagnoni of Hawks Restaurant, Erik Hangman of Imagination on Fire, Peter Jacobson of Team Toast, Aaronette King of Eat Play Events & Catering, Jason Tuley of knife & barrel wine and Daniel Kedan of Culinary Institute of America.  More to be announced.

Beyond the numerous chef created dishes, the food will be paired with free-flowing wines from a variety of boutique producers and craft beers. To kick off the festivities, sip starter sparklers with LaCroix Sparkling Water and beer from Estrella Galicia. Wine enthusiasts will taste through the stunning portfolios of Charles Krug Winery, Patz & Hall, Lang & Reed Napa Valley, Bee Hunter and Knife & Barrel. A percentage of ticket proceeds will benefit The American Institute of Wine & Food.  Featured local California farm partners include Grabish Farms, Green Star Farms and Devil’s Gulch Farm, while Goya Foods will supplement with other key ingredients to bring out the utmost flavor in each and every dish. A percent of ticket proceeds will benefit Heritage Fire’s local charity partner, The American Institute of Wine and Food.
