The Zotovich team closely monitors, and manages every aspect of the vineyard: the soil, grapes and harvesting … all through fermentation, aging and bottling. The fact that this vineyard produces a mix of Burgundy and Rhône varietals is a testament not only to the unique micro-climates, but to the dedication and ability of the winemaking team, expressing the uniqueness of the terroir.
