Their family-owned and operated winery with Swiss roots is best known for producing sustainably farmed estate wines that unite the bright fruit characteristics of the Paso Robles terroir with the balance and age-worthy structure of European-style wines. Vina Robles’ winemaking philosophy is best exemplified by their Cabernet Sauvignon, especially the acclaimed Suendero blend, as well as Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, and unconventional blends such as the WHITE4 and RED4.
Wines from the Estate Series as well as the Limited Estate Collection are served on the Petite Terrace and the Jardine Court. These selections showcase the diversity of varieties grown in the estate vineyards while highlighting winemaker Kevin Willenborg’s distinct talents and passions.
