Calmére Estate Winery is located in the cooler Carneros region, home to some of the valley’s most prestigious Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards. Since officially launching in March 2019, sisters Lisa and Ariana Peju, daughters of Tony and Herta Peju of the famed Peju Winery in Rutherford, have already established themselves as a name synonymous with top-flight Burgundian-style wines. As a veteran winemaker in Napa Valley and beyond, Sara Fowler’s knowledge and passion for sustainably farmed vineyards helped set the bar high. Her commitment to excellence in the vineyards and cellars with Peju since 2006 now extends to the Calmére Estate’s collection of small-lot wines. The estate’s remarkable selection of  top-tier Pinot Noir clones like Pommard, Clone 115, Clone 667 and Clone 777 allow her to craft the highest quality single-vineyard, limited-release wines possible.  Named for the French words for calm (calme) and sea (mer), our winery offers a serene location and stunning views of the bay – and wines that are just as stunning. Located 45 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Relax on the deck for panoramic views or in the cozy tasting room and enjoy a sampling of  Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs and more. Guests will enjoy a flight of five wines while learning about the beautiful surroundings in Carneros and the history as second-generation vintners in Napa Valley.
