tasting room in Livermore Valley.
Let’s say something about Livermore Valley right now: it’s California’s
least known and most laid back wine region, one that has yet to get the
full recognition and respect it deserves. Vintners have been making
wine here since the 1880s, so no fear that they know what they are
doing and that they make darned good wine. But the real charm of the
valley is embodied in winery owners like Steve Powell, who want to show
visitors that a trip here is a fun and exciting exploration of new wine
territory.
