With the recent release of Sebastiani Vineyards and Winery’s new Carneros wines, the winery has come back home to its well-established Sonoma roots.
Sebastiani was founded in 1904 by Samuele Sebastiani, who came to Sonoma from the Tuscany region of Italy in 1895.  He had arrived in the United States with no money and took odd jobs to make a living, which enabled him to save enough money to buy a horse and wagon.
