Valentine’s Dinner and Live Cellist in Private Concert
Enjoy romance in the vineyards with Garré Winery’s Valentine’s Dinner and Strings Concerto on Saturday, February 10 and Wednesday, February 14. Enjoy a four-course gourmet meal prepared especially for the evening by Garré’s award-winning Executive Chef with the elegant sounds of a live cellist in private concert in an intimate and romantic setting. Each guest receives a complimentary glass of aptly named Red Velvet Port, paired with a decadent dessert.
Menu  includes: smoked salmon and fillo Napoleon dungeness crab; baby spinach with spiced almonds and blood orange vinaigrette. Main course is your choice of oak-roasted bone-in pork prime rib with butternut potato gratan and apricot Merlot jus, grilled Mahi Mahi with jicama mango salsa, wild rice pilaf and spicy green beans or smoked duck confit linguine with portobello, snap peas, roma tomato and saffron cream sauce. Finish with dark chocolate hazelnut mousse tart paired with a glass of Red Velvet Port.

“Friday Night Flights” Wine Dinners
Garré Winery is now offering wine dinners with a twist that highlights a new menu, and several new wine releases. “Friday Night Flights” Wine Dinners offer California Wine Country cuisine and encourages the guest to choose from a selection of wine flights, many of them new releases, off of the newly designed, a la carte seasonal menu. Garré’s Executive Chef selects pairing options for each course, and Garré’s extensive list of new releases are highlighted.
Break out of the ordinary with award-winning dishes in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Seatings from 6 to 9 p.m.; reservations recommended.
