Domaine Carneros Releases 2004 Pinot Noir
This particular Pinot Noir is one of three produced by Domaine Carneros, yet over the years its has surely become a favorite with guests of the winery.
The wine from the small 2004 vintage has wonderful aromas of strawberry, Bing cherry, baking spices and dark chocolate accented by a hint of orange peel and toast. The vintage is full and round on the palate with the classic long, velvety finish that has become the hallmark of the Domaine Carneros Estate Pinot Noir. This wine is drinking beautifully now but the depth of character promises more to come with additional aging.
