Chef John Hallgrimson will create twelve delectable holiday dishes paired with twelve very special Ledson wines for a month of gastronomic delights. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on December 2-4, 9-11, 16-18 and 22-24, the chef will prepare three of the twelve creations each day. Your culinary tour could take you from dishes such as Fennel Crusted Ahi Tuna with Wasabi Ginger Sauce to Sweet Potato Pie with Cinnamon Whipped Cream. These dishes will be expertly paired with such wines as the 2003 Dry Creek Zinfandel, 2002 Estate Merlot, or the 2003 Knights Valley Chardonnay. The cost is $15, complimentary for Ledson Wine Club members. This includes a spin of the “Ledson Wheel of Fortune” where guests can win anything from a complimentary bottle of wine to a gift certificate for ‘Seductive Flavors,’ a unique offering of food and wine pairing. Guests will also be able to enjoy five additional wine selections to taste in the tasting room.
