Dinner in the Dark at Parrish Family Vineyard
First, Estate Chef Rachel Ponce will prepare items for everyone to guess what they are based on smell, taste & texture. Sounds easy right? Except that the room will be dark & everyone will be wearing blindfolds & ponchos. Next, Director of Wine Experiences Vanessa Igel will lead a blind tasting where you can't see the color of the wine & will have to guess based solely on smell & taste. Finally, Chef Rachel will create a paired dinner with items from the first challenge paired with wines from the second.
It's going to be a great night of laughs without lights (well, the lights will be on for dinner!).
