A French Celebration
This class is a demonstration cooking class with Chef Pierre Lagourgue. It will be approximately 3 hours in length. Tasting-size portions of all menu items are served, as well as two glasses of wine. Students receive copies of all recipes. In this class, you will be learning how to make Salad of Black Mission Figs with Sweet Roasted Peppers and Shaved Fennel, Sea Bass with Spinach and Saffron-Vanilla Sauce, Lamb Curry Casserole, and Cranberry Walnut Tart with Buckwheat Crust.
