1st Annual China Basin Crab Crack
Enjoy a true San Francisco experience with fresh tasty crab, live music and premium wines at the First Annual Crab Crack, taking place at China Basin along the scenic wharf, next the Giants Ballpark on Friday, May 10.
Tickets to the Crab Crack include wine tasting with several premium wineries, craft beers from some of Nor Cal’s favorite breweries, fresh baked bread from Boudin, pasta and plenty of fresh-caught crab flown in, same day, from the Oregon coast. Guests are sure to enjoy a thoroughly delicious and delightful late afternoon/evening of seafood, friends and fun along beautiful San Francisco waterfront. To complete the perfect San Francisco evening, guests can purchase a ticket to the Giants vs. Reds game at the ballpark across the street.
The Crab Crack will take place on Friday, May 10 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at China Basin, 185 Berry Street. Wine tasting will begin at 3 p.m. and crab will be served beginning at 4 p.m. Advance purchase tickets for the Crab Crack are $55. The price will be $65 if purchased on the day of the event. Tickets are available on Eventbrite or can be purchased on-site.
Proceeds benefit Giants Community Fund. Established in 1994, the Fund’s Junior Giants program reaches into communities and offers youth a chance to learn the basics of baseball during the summer, while also discovering and developing essential life skills. The innovative program makes a difference for 24,000 young participants annually.
