Tasting Experience

Enjoy a selection of Estate-crafted wines at the tasting room bar or on the patio.  Tasting fees are from $15-$20 per person.

Vineyard Experience

Enjoy an unprecedented look at what goes into crafting exceptional wine with an interactive downloadable tour; the William Hill Estate Vineyard  Experience Mobile App.  Available for download from the Apple App store, this mobile app lets guests enjoy a self-guided audio tour through William Hill’s majestic estate vineyard.  Don’t have a smartphone?  They have 18 iPods available for use on-site.  The Vineyard Experience is available at $25 and includes a wine tasting.

Estate Experience

Experience all that the estate has to offer with a guided tour, tasting and blending activity. Learn about the history of William Hill Estate and the unique characteristics that make the home vineyard so spectacular. Walk among the different vineyard blocks on the estate, or take in the aromas of the barrel room. You'll also taste an exclusive selection of the estate wines and enjoy the opportunity to blend your own glass of Meritage.  This experience is available by 24-hour advance booking for groups of 4-18.  $50 per person.
