Adelaida Cellars![]() Enjoy complimentary tasting for two when you present this during your tasting at Adelaida, $20 value
The synergy of unique “terroir”, sustainable agriculture and minimalist winemaking all come together in the ripe, well balanced wines made at Adelaida Cellars. Named after a 19th century settlement in the Santa Lucia Mountains, the historic Adelaida Cellars is not to be missed.
Located on the west side of Paso Robles, some 15 miles from the fog shrouded Pacific coast, Adelaida has 150 acres of estate vineyards. This dramatic terrain has become synonymous with ancient calcareous soils of limestone and chalk, diurnal temperature changes of 40-50 degrees, mountainous elevations ranging from 1300 to 2000 feet and inherently low yielding vines with concentrated grape flavors.
The estate includes four distinctive vineyards: the historic HMR, the reserve Viking Vineyard, Anna’s and Michael’s. The HMR Vineyard features Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and is the oldest of our vineyards, established in 1964. The reserve quality Cabernet and Syrah comes from the steep rocky outcropping of the Viking Vineyard. Our dry-farmed Zinfandel comes from Michael’s Vineyard while Anna’s Vineyard, the newest edition, is host to their Rhône varietals.
A visit to Adelaida Cellars is a return to the essence of great Paso Robles wines and hospitality. Join them daily for wine tasting, complimentary tours in their barrel room, or schedule a Vineyard Tour, Taste and Tailgate or Reserve Green Room tasting.
