Begin your day at the Vezer Mankas Corner tasting room and enjoy all of the wine selections offered by the knowledgeable and entertaining staff. Ron Plunkett, Certified Sommelier, California Wine Specialist and French Wine Scholar, will take you through a tasting experience like no other. Enjoy the wonderfully refreshing Verdelho while learning about the Suisun Valley Appellation which has been rated as the oldest and best in the State of California by UC Davis University. Vezér Family Vineyard also offers a handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon, a hearty Zinfandel and the sought after Petite Sirah. Following your visit at the Mankas Tasting Room head over to the majestic Blue Victorian where Joe and the staff will provide you with additional varietals to please your pallet: Blue Victorian Merlot and Blue Victorian Syrah. Play a bit of bocce or simply sip the wine and enjoy the view.

Become a Chieftain Wine Club member and take advantage of the private lounge located at the Blue Victorian.

The finishing touch to your day includes a visit to Mankas Tapas Bar and Steakhouse adjacent to the Vezér Mankas Tasting Room. Choose to enjoy a small plate on the patio or a perfectly prepared steak by Chef Peter in one of the luxurious leather booths. The finest wine list in Solano County is offered to you to enhance your dining experience.
