HALL St. Helena is a breathtaking campus adorned with a collection of modern art woven through its indoor and outdoor facilities. The Winery has two LEED Gold certifications and is home to the historic Bergfeld Building – one of the first wineries in Napa Valley that was featured in the St. Helena Star in 1885 as being a model for sustainability. This is a green philosophy embraced and continued by owners, Craig & Kathryn Hall, who built the current, high-tech tasting room and production facility.
“You get a blend of old-world charm combined with new-age technology,” says Tasting Room Manager, Jeff Dreyfus. “I’m continually impressed with our team’s ability to multi-task and share our stories with the same excitement, day after day.”
“We have a highly credentialed team here,” says Tasting Room Manager, Ryan Williams. “More than half of our team has earned technical certifications from some of the industry’s most notable wine education programs including; The Court of Masters of Sommeliers, Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), and Society of Wine Educators, (CSW).”
HALL St. Helena’s staff extends a warm welcome to tourists from all over the world, and recently launched a Mandarin Tour & Tasting program to accommodate the influx of Chinese travelers. The HALL staff derives from all over the US and other countries – some that are fluent in other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese and French – the team is ready to share HALL’s commitment to perfecting the art of Cabernet.
