Eos takes its name from the Greek Goddess of the Dawn. Myth has it that Eos opened the gates of heaven each morning allowing the sun to begin its daily trek across the sky. Eos offers rich, juicy and lusty wines that are approachable, fruit forward and a serious value. Visit the Eos tasting room in Paso Robles and be seduced by their wines, whose fruit has been nurtured by the miracle of the sun, kissing the vineyards and enriching the fruit.
Experience the Eos Tasting Room
The Eos experience begins the moment you leave your car and walk up the path to the tasting room. Perched on a knoll, surrounded by vineyards and inviting seating areas, you will find the tasting room to be unpretentious and relaxed. High ceilings finished with wooden beams, stone accents and a tasting bar in the center of the room greet you in the expansive hospitality center. Sara Lloyd, hospitality manager states, “We want the tasting room to be down to earth and fun, where our guests can relax and enjoy affordable wines for everyday drinking.”
The core offerings at Eos include Sauvignon Blanc and rosé from the Santa Ynez Valley; Petite Sirah, Zinfandel Tears of Dew Late Harvest Moscato from Paso Robles;and Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Central Coast. In addition to their core offerings, Eos also produces a selection of limited-production reserve wines. These reserve wines showcase small-lot bottlings from select vineyard sites throughout California. Their Rossini Zinfandel hails from Napa Valley, Late Harvest Petite Sirah Port from the North Coast and their Rhone Reserve White Wine form the Santa Ynez Valley, to name a few. Their 2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was released this past August and is already a guest favorite, with rich flavors of blackberry, cassis and cherry.
